Avandia Lawsuit

According to a February 20, 2010 press release, The Senate Finance Committee released a report based on their findings that questioned whether the FDA adequately informed the public of Avandia heart risks or whether they ignored safety concerns coming from medical professionals and their own drug safety officials.1
