Of Counsel David Miceli to Present at Products Liability Conference

Miceli will present during the “New Era of Product Liability 
Law: Emerging
Issues Driving Mass Tort & Environmental Litigation” conference, an event
presented by Perrin Conferences on May 5 in New Orleans during Jazz Fest. Miceli
is Of Counsel to the Simmons Law Firm.
Pharmaceutical Liability Attorney Miceli has extensive experience litigating dangerous drug and medical devices, having served on many multidistrict litigation cases including Chantix, Trayslol and Bextra. He will provide the plaintiff perspective in the 2:15 p.m. presentation called “Drugs & Medical Devices – Hot Areas in Pharma and Medical Device Litigation.”
