Kenneth P. Danzinger
Attorney Ken Danzinger has dedicated his legal career to representing those who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others. His practice, developed over the course of nearly 15 years, is focused on helping railroad and other union workers who have been diagnosed with mesothelioma and other asbestos related diseases. In addition, he has extensive experience in personal injury claims specializing in the Federal Employers’ Liability Act.
Ken grew up in a blue collar family where his dad worked as a railroad brakeman and a union rep. Through his father’s work, Ken has an intrinsic understanding of the challenges faced by those who have suffered occupational injuries through no fault of their own. He has prepared and tried such cases in several states including Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Montana and West Virgina.
Before starting at the firm, Ken worked as a partner in a Metro St. Louis law firm where he worked closely with local union representatives and specialized in general personal injury. He has also served as Assistant City Attorney for Madison, Illinois and the Attorney for Venice Township. He also worked in the Madison County State's Attorney's Office as a legal adviser to the Madison County Transit District.
Ken graduated from Kenyon College in 1994 with a B.A. in economics. During his junior and senior years, he served as captain of the basketball team that was a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Division III tournament his senior year. He graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1997.
