John A. Barnerd

Attorney John Barnerd is a sharehoder at Simmons Browder Gianaris Angelides & Barnerd LLC.  Since 2002, John has dedicated his practice to representing victims of mesothelioma. He has a thorough understanding of the personal, legal and financial challenges faced by victims of the cancer and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of hundreds of clients throughout the United States.

Prior to joining the Simmons Firm, John served for two years as Assistant State’s Attorney for Madison County, Illinois.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois and graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.
